Tallinn, Estonia -- May 2011

So, I'm not going to lie, Tallinn was a difficult place to live in the winter. But when it finally became warm (mid-May) it was absolutely beautiful and encouraged strolling. This sculpture is just outside of the main gates into Old Town -- the beautiful center of the city. You can see the red rooftops of the city wall in the background to the left. When the sky was clear, these roofs could be so striking (I might have a picture somewhere, maybe it will appear later).
